Return & Refund Policy — Chaud Studio

In accordance with French and EU consumer regulations for distance selling, customers have the right to return their order within 14 days from the date of delivery.

Return Conditions:

 

• Items must be in new, unworn condition with no signs of wear, odors, or damage.

• All original labels, tags, and packaging must be intact.

• Returns must be approved by our team prior to shipment.

• Return shipping costs:

   

  • France & EU: paid by the customer.

  • Paris courier service: return via courier — 10€.

  • International orders: return shipping paid by the customer.

   

• Refunds are issued within 5–14 business days after the item is received and inspected.

 

Non-returnable items:

 

• Custom pieces or made-to-measure items.

• Items showing signs of wear, damage, or alterations not caused by manufacturing.
